Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base within the designated territory.
- Conduct regular sales visits to prospective and existing industrial clients to promote company products.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional consultation and follow-up.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and technical proposals to decision-makers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Collaborate with the internal operations team to ensure accurate order processing and timely deliveries.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in field sales, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills in both English and Cebuano/Tagalog.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned Cebu territory.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
