Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business leads within the Naga City and broader Cebu industrial zones.
- Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations to key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal submission to closing deals and contract negotiation.
- Build and nurture long-term professional relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and repeat business.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in industrial sales, B2B sales, or technical sales.
- Strong understanding of the Cebu industrial market landscape and regional customer base.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a persuasive personality.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively in the field.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM software for pipeline management.
