We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Representative to join the team at Eagle Star Industrial Sales Corporation. Based in the strategic hub of Morong, Bataan, you will have the opportunity to represent our high-quality industrial products to a diverse range of clients in the region.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and achieving monthly sales targets. We pride ourselves on our customer-centric approach and are looking for a self-starter who can thrive in a competitive environment. As a key member of our sales force, you will directly contribute to the growth and expansion of Eagle Star Industrial Sales Corporation.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and expand the sales territory within Bataan and neighboring provinces.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new potential clients for our industrial products.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Negotiate terms of sales and close deals to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area and meet clients.
- Valid Driver's License and own vehicle are preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
