As an Area Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in our sales strategy, covering the Mariveles and surrounding regions. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and potential clients within Bataan.
- Build, maintain, and expand a robust network of existing and prospective customers through regular visits and communication.
- Present product demonstrations, technical specifications, and detailed proposals to prospective clients to drive sales conversion.
- Negotiate terms of sale, pricing, and contracts to ensure mutual benefit and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate closely with the logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any service issues.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably with experience in the industrial, manufacturing, or B2B sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the Mariveles, Bataan area.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and sales figures.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
