Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory targets and company goals.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the industrial sector in Cavite.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct professional product presentations and site visits to demonstrate the value of our industrial solutions.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and effective customer service.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and local market demands.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in industrial or B2B sales.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the Cavite area and its industrial hubs.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and own vehicle is highly advantageous.
