Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets in the Pampanga region
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and cold outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
- Present product solutions and negotiate contracts with commercial/industrial clients
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts using CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop area-specific campaigns
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback
- Conduct product demonstrations at client sites
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial/technical products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Excellent communication in English and local dialects
- Knowledge of Pampanga market geography preferred
