Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned Floridablanca and Pampanga territory.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to explain technical specifications and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable sales agreements.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs for management review.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless order processing and customer support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or a similar role (industrial sales background is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle (local travel is required).
- Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software or MS Office applications.
