Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the assigned territory of Nueva Ecija.
  • Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations for potential industrial clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for the management team.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse departments to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to maintain a competitive edge.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the industrial, manufacturing, or B2B sector.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Nueva Ecija area and local business landscape.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage a field-based schedule.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is a significant advantage.
  • High level of integrity, self-motivation, and professional presentation.
