Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and target potential clients within the Nueva Ecija area to expand the company's market share.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Eagle Star's industrial solutions.
- Negotiate terms and pricing to secure contracts while ensuring profitability.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and participate in industry events.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (essential for field visits).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
