Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet/exceed targets in the Nueva Ecija territory
- Identify new business opportunities through proactive market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value propositions
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service delivery
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial/manufacturing sector
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel throughout the region
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer focus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
