Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory in Quezon Province.
- Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for potential industrial clients.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and activity logs to management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and installation of industrial products.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in industrial or B2B sales (minimum 1-2 years experience preferred).
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Residency in or proximity to Candelaria, Quezon is highly advantageous.
