Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share within the assigned Quezon province territory.
- Identify and qualify new business leads through cold calling, networking, and industry referrals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key industrial stakeholders, procurement officers, and site managers.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and provide technical insights to meet specific customer requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and comprehensive quotations.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to closing and post-sales support.
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the management team to identify growth opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in industrial sales, field sales, or business development (at least 1-2 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of the industrial landscape in the Quezon Province area is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting strict monthly sales targets.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
