Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new industrial clients within the San Miguel and greater Bulacan area.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and cold calling to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate technical and commercial advice to clients.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and increase market share.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
- Ensure prompt follow-up on inquiries and resolve client concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in industrial or B2B sales.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be comfortable with field work.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Deep knowledge of the local industrial landscape in Bulacan is a significant advantage.
