- Lead, train, and motivate sales teams to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies for consumer products

- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback/coaching
- Prepare sales reports and present findings to senior management

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of sales management experience in consumer goods
