As an Area Sales Supervisor, you will act as a bridge between the company and our dealer partners, providing strategic guidance, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing sales initiatives that boost regional presence. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to ensure individual and area-wide targets are met.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of 3S dealers within the designated territory.
- Conduct regular field visits to dealers to provide training, coaching, and operational support.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights to management.
- Manage relationships with dealer owners and stakeholders to maintain a healthy and productive business ecosystem.
- Identify opportunities for expansion and network development within Sumatera Barat.
- Prepare periodic performance reports and sales forecasts for the head office.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in sales supervisory roles, preferably in the automotive or consumer retail industry.
- Strong understanding of 3S (Sales, Service, Spare Parts) dealer operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive team performance.
