Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly volume targets within the Banten territory.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to the management team.
- Ensure 100% coverage and effective product distribution across all assigned retail outlets and modern trade accounts.
- Manage and optimize route planning to increase operational efficiency and maximize store visits.
- Maintain and nurture strong professional relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail store owners.
- Prepare and analyze daily/weekly sales performance reports for the regional head.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of the Banten market distribution landscape.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and create data-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle.
