In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key relationships with distributors and retailers, and ensuring the seamless execution of our sales strategies. We are looking for someone who can translate business objectives into actionable field plans and lead a sales team to exceed monthly targets.

As an Area Sales Supervisor, you will act as the bridge between our corporate office and the field operations. Your focus will be on optimizing distribution channels, maintaining accurate customer master data, and ensuring our products are available in the right place at the right time. Tanggung Jawab

  • Drive monthly sales targets and revenue growth within the assigned territory through effective sales strategies and team leadership.
  • Manage and expand the network of active outlets and distributors to maximize market penetration.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer master data and sales reporting systems.
  • Supervise, coach, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for sales improvement.
  • Coordinate promotional activities and ensure proper execution of trade marketing plans at the retail level.
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the FMCG or beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the Tangerang area and valid driving license (SIM A).
