Sinergi Performa Cipta is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Supervisor to lead our distribution efforts in the Palu region. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies, managing distributor performance, and ensuring maximum market penetration for our diverse portfolio of FMCG products.

We are looking for a strategic thinker who is comfortable on the field, building relationships with key retail partners, and coaching sales teams to hit ambitious targets. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute effective area sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly volume targets.
  • Manage and maintain productive relationships with key distributors and retail outlets within the Palu territory.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance management for the sales force to ensure high team morale and productivity.
  • Ensure efficient distribution and stock availability across all assigned retail channels.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and conduct performance reviews with senior management.
  • Oversee daily sales operations, including visit routing, outlet coverage, and promotional execution.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor or Team Leader, specifically within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of retail sales, distribution models, and modern trade or general trade dynamics in Indonesia.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales personnel.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned Palu region.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, target-driven mindset.
