In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our premium ingredient solutions, bridging the gap between high-quality products and the vibrant HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Café) and Food Service market.
As an Area Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving business growth, scouting new opportunities, and nurturing long-term partnerships with top-tier culinary establishments. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities (NOO) within the Bali HORECA sector to expand our market share.
- Develop and maintain strong, value-based relationships with existing distributors, key accounts, and industry partners.
- Conduct detailed analysis of customer needs to provide bespoke ingredient solutions that enhance their menu offerings.
- Lead strategic sales initiatives and promotional activities to ensure consistent revenue growth in the assigned territory.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing actionable insights to management to refine our sales strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the logistics and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, focusing on both volume and profit margin optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically within the Food & Beverage, Ingredients, or HORECA industry.
- Strong understanding of the Bali food service market and established network of industry contacts.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle, with willingness to travel within the Bali region.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Resilient, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
