Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and market share growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales representatives and merchandisers to ensure performance excellence.
  • Monitor distribution performance and ensure product availability across all retail outlets in the Jawa Tengah area.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and modern trade accounts.
  • Analyze regional market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Manage operational reports, including sales data, inventory levels, and field activity logs for headquarters.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards regarding product display, pricing, and promotional activities.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Strong understanding of the Jawa Tengah distribution network and local market characteristics.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills with a proven track record in meeting sales KPIs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned Jawa Tengah territory.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
