Join Kao Indonesia as an Area Sales Supervisor and lead our dynamic sales force in achieving ambitious growth targets. You'll develop comprehensive sales activity plans, monitor implementation progress, and optimize performance through data-driven insights. As a mentor, you'll coach sales representatives to enhance their skills, negotiate key partnerships, and ensure our consumer products reach every household. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive sales activity plans for the assigned territory
- Lead, coach, and motivate sales teams to achieve and exceed quarterly/annual targets
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and budget recommendations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and promotional activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of sales management experience in FMCG/consumer goods
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through team leadership
- Strong analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting and reporting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management software
- Ability to work independently and travel within Jawa Tengah region
