Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve regional sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the assigned territory in Jawa Tengah
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable coaching to team members
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distribution channels
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare and submit comprehensive sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, product knowledge standards, and promotional activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management or supervisory roles within retail/consumer goods
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in regional markets
- Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated success in team development and coaching
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in sales analytics tools and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Deep understanding of Jawa Tengah's retail landscape and consumer behavior
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
