Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve regional sales targets
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the assigned territory in Jawa Tengah
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable coaching to team members
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distribution channels
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive sales reports and forecasts to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, product knowledge standards, and promotional activities

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management or supervisory roles within retail/consumer goods
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in regional markets
  • Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated success in team development and coaching
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in sales analytics tools and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Deep understanding of Jawa Tengah's retail landscape and consumer behavior
