Deskripsi Pekerjaan

PT Decision Tree Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Supervisor to spearhead our expansion and sales operations across the Kalimantan region. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) sales initiatives. You will be responsible for managing regional distributors, ensuring sales targets are met, and cultivating long-term relationships with key customers.

We are looking for a strategic thinker who is comfortable operating in the field, understands the local market dynamics of Kalimantan, and possesses the leadership skills to mentor teams and drive operational excellence. If you are a sales professional with a track record of exceeding KPIs and a passion for FMCG or retail distribution, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for the Kalimantan area.
  • Manage, monitor, and evaluate the performance of regional distributors to ensure optimal product availability and market penetration.
  • Drive sales growth in both General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels through proactive market visits and data-driven analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with key retailers, wholesalers, and strategic partners.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies to provide actionable insights to management.
  • Ensure efficient stock management and distribution logistics at the territory level.
  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports and presentations for regional review.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales supervision, preferably within the FMCG or distribution industry.
  • Deep understanding of the Kalimantan market, including local retail and distribution landscapes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights into growth strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate distributor teams toward achieving common business goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the Kalimantan territory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
