Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the Kalimantan Barat region
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable coaching to team members
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key retail partners
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and competitive landscape
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales supervision or team leadership
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in retail/consumer goods
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of Kalimantan Barat market and distribution channels preferred
