Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the Lahat area.
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of sales personnel to ensure high performance and service standards.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize product positioning.
  • Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts to ensure product availability.
  • Manage inventory levels and distribution logistics to minimize stockouts and maximize shelf presence.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, market analysis, and performance dashboards for senior management.
  • Implement trade marketing programs and promotional activities to drive brand visibility.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales supervision, preferably within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing field sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of distribution channels and retail operations in the Indonesian market.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel and work extensively in the field within the Lahat region.
