Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing clear direction, coaching, and mentorship to ensure high performance.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales approaches.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and 1-on-1 meetings with team members to address challenges, track progress, and drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate closely with logistics and inventory departments to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability across key retail locations.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management to support decision-making.
- Organize and conduct regular sales training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling skills of the team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and experience in the retail or consumer products industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market reports.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the Lampung region.
- Fluent in both English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia).
