- Manage and supervise daily sales operations for assigned territory in Bima
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Monitor sales performance and analyze market trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure product availability and proper merchandising
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance analysis
- Identify new business opportunities and expansion possibilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in FMCG or retail
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Deep understanding of the Sumbawa market and retail landscape
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools
