APP Group is seeking a dynamic Area Sales Supervisor to drive market expansion for our tissue products in Papua and Maluku. This pivotal role requires deep market understanding and strategic sales execution to capture growth opportunities in a competitive retail landscape. You'll lead sales operations, identify untapped potential, and develop strategies to strengthen our market presence across Sorong and surrounding regions. As a key member of our retail division, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product visibility and maximize sales performance while maintaining exceptional customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in sales processes to analyze market trends, implement effective sales tactics, and mentor local sales teams. You'll be responsible for achieving sales targets, monitoring competitor activities, and providing actionable insights to senior management. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our consumer products division while developing leadership skills in one of Indonesia's most promising growth markets.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand tissue product market share in assigned territories
- Analyze market potential and identify new sales opportunities in retail channels
- Lead, coach, and motivate sales teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors
- Conduct regular territory visits to assess market conditions and product visibility
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and performance analysis for leadership
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in FMCG or tissue products
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in retail/consumer goods sector
- Deep familiarity with Papua and Maluku market dynamics and distribution networks
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Excellent leadership and team development capabilities
- Proficient in sales processes, negotiation, and channel management
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
