Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the Pet Care division within the Jabodetabekser territory.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the field sales team to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage and nurture professional relationships with distributors and key retail partners to ensure optimal product placement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure effective implementation of trade marketing programs and point-of-sale activities at retail outlets.
- Analyze sales performance data and generate regular reports to provide actionable insights for management.
- Maintain high standards of product availability, visibility, and merchandising across all assigned accounts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales supervision, specifically within the FMCG or Pet Care industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the retail distribution landscape in the Jabodetabekser area.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to build high-performing teams.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in sales data analysis and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
