Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Develop and implement area-specific sales strategies aligned with national FMCG market trends
- Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze market data to identify growth opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and channel partners
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure product visibility, merchandising standards, and promotional execution
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis for regional management
- Coordinate with supply chain to optimize inventory levels and distribution efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in FMCG sales with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in General Trade channels
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and sales reports
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems
- Willingness to travel extensively across Sumatera region
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
