BASRA Corporation is seeking a dynamic Area Sparepart Development Manager to oversee spare parts management across our motorcycle workshop branches in East Java. This critical role ensures optimal inventory levels, cost efficiency, and operational excellence in our service network. You will develop strategic sourcing plans, implement inventory control systems, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain quality standards while minimizing costs. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement spare parts inventory management strategies across all workshop branches
- Optimize procurement processes to ensure cost-effective sourcing and timely delivery
- Analyze demand forecasting and inventory turnover metrics for continuous improvement
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality compliance and competitive pricing
- Train and supervise branch staff on inventory management best practices
- Implement digital inventory tracking systems for real-time monitoring
- Prepare monthly performance reports and improvement action plans
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in spare parts inventory management
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
- Proven experience in branch operations coordination
- Advanced knowledge of motorcycle spare parts and components
