- Drive achievement of area sales targets through strategic planning and team motivation
- Analyze brand productivity metrics and implement performance improvement initiatives
- Optimize inventory management systems to minimize shrinkage and maximize stock availability
- Lead, coach, and develop sales associates to enhance performance and customer service
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for area operations
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance customer engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless store operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field
- 3+ years of retail experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in retail environment
- Strong analytical skills for inventory and productivity assessment
- Exceptional leadership abilities with team development experience
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, and loss prevention
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management systems
