Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed store-wide and brand-specific sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance analysis on brand productivity and implement improvements to maximize profit margins.
- Oversee inventory management processes to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize shrinkage.
- Supervise, coach, and mentor store associates to maintain high levels of engagement and service excellence.
- Monitor and enforce visual merchandising standards in alignment with national brand guidelines.
- Analyze customer shopping patterns and market trends to provide actionable insights to management.
- Maintain operational efficiency by managing staff schedules, store safety protocols, and daily floor operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Retail Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably within a department store or large-scale retail environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and retail management software.
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop large teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Deep understanding of inventory control, shrinkage reduction, and loss prevention strategies.
- Flexibility to work shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays as required by retail operations.
