Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily operations of assigned crew outlets
- Train and supervise outlet staff on service standards
- Monitor inventory control and cost management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Conduct regular outlet performance evaluations

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in supervisory role within hospitality
- Proven experience in team management and training
- Strong understanding of outlet operations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Knowledge of local Makassar market preferred
- Basic financial management skills
- Valid food handling certification
