Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for retail excellence? Jaya Wira Jerindo is currently seeking a highly motivated Area Supervisor to oversee our operations in the Indramayu and Cirebon regions. In this critical role, you will act as the bridge between corporate strategy and frontline retail execution, ensuring our brand standards are upheld while driving sales growth and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on problem solver who excels in team mentorship, inventory management, and customer experience optimization. You will be responsible for multiple retail points, providing the support and guidance necessary for our teams to meet and exceed their targets in a fast-paced environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily retail operations across multiple store locations in the Indramayu and Cirebon area.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing action plans.
- Lead, coach, and develop store teams to ensure high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
- Execute visual merchandising strategies to maintain brand consistency and maximize product visibility.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock rotation, loss prevention audits, and warehouse coordination.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, providing actionable insights for business improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail supervision or multi-unit management.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, KPIs, and inventory management software.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage diverse teams across different geographic locations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on results.
- Willingness to travel frequently between Indramayu and Cirebon as required by business needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
