Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales performance by monitoring KPIs and implementing strategies to exceed regional targets.
- Conduct detailed analysis of sales productivity per brand to identify growth opportunities and underperforming categories.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while maintaining rigorous shrinkage control procedures.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Associates to ensure high levels of customer service and sales execution.
- Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained.
- Analyze customer buying behavior to provide actionable feedback to store management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline operations and resolve store-level challenges effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles, preferably in the fashion/department store industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and retail management systems.
- Excellent leadership and team-building capabilities with a focus on staff development.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- A proactive mindset with a demonstrated ability to solve complex operational issues.
