We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Supervisor to oversee our operations across the Sumatera region. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Oversee daily store operations across the Sumatera region to ensure compliance with company SOPs.
- Manage, coach, and develop store managers and frontline staff to enhance individual and team performance.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor inventory levels, store cleanliness, and customer service standards.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights for business growth and cost optimization.
- Ensure effective communication between corporate management and store-level employees.
- Maintain strict inventory control and minimize shrinkage through rigorous auditing processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management, specifically in an area or multi-site supervisory role.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and improving retail KPIs.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing diverse teams across different geographical locations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Sumatera region as required by business operations.
