In this role, you will be the driving force behind operational excellence, ensuring that our high standards for quality, service, and safety are met across multiple outlets.
As an Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for coaching store teams, optimizing sales performance, and maintaining brand consistency. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of multiple Sunny Chick outlets to ensure compliance with company SOPs.
- Monitor and drive sales performance to achieve regional targets and KPIs.
- Provide coaching, training, and development to store staff to enhance service quality.
- Conduct regular site audits to ensure food safety, hygiene, and facility maintenance standards.
- Manage inventory levels, supply chain flow, and waste reduction initiatives.
- Prepare periodic operational reports and sales performance analysis for management.
- Address customer complaints and resolve operational escalations promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Hospitality, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an F&B supervisory or area management role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams across multiple locations.
- Deep understanding of F&B operational standards, inventory management, and profit & loss (P&L).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel between outlets within the Karawang region.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
