Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precision welding using Argon (TIG/MIG) techniques on various metal materials
- Read and interpret technical blueprints and welding specifications
- Operate and maintain welding equipment including gas regulators and torches
- Conduct quality inspections and non-destructive testing of welded joints
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OHS standards
- Document welding processes and maintain technical work records
- Collaborate with engineering teams on material selection and joint design
- Train junior technicians on advanced welding techniques
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or technical certificate in welding/metal fabrication
- Minimum 2 years of professional welding experience with Argon processes
- Valid welding certification (AWS/SNI) preferred
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics
- Strong understanding of metallurgy and material properties
- Physical ability to work in industrial environments with PPE requirements
- Problem-solving skills for welding defect analysis and correction
- Basic computer literacy for documentation systems
