Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end implementation and optimization of SAP Ariba and S/4HANA procurement modules
- Analyze business requirements and design technical solutions for procurement-to-pay processes
- Configure and test system integrations between SAP Ariba, S/4HANA, and third-party applications
- Develop training materials and conduct user adoption sessions for key stakeholders
- Monitor system performance and resolve functional issues through root cause analysis
- Document system configurations, process flows, and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with global teams on cross-functional digital transformation initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP Ariba and S/4HANA implementation/support experience
- Expert knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing workflows, and contract management
- SAP certification in Ariba and/or S/4HANA modules (preferred)
- Strong proficiency in SAP BRF+, Workflow Builder, and Fiori applications
- Experience with integration technologies (PI/PO, CPI, MuleSoft) and EDI processing
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Fluent in English with exceptional communication and presentation abilities
