Tanggung Jawab
- Designing architectural plans and drawings for various building projects
- Meeting with clients to understand project requirements and provide design solutions
- Preparing detailed cost estimates and construction schedules
- Inspecting construction sites to monitor progress and ensure quality standards
- Ensuring all projects comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Utilizing CAD software and other design tools to create detailed architectural plans
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other team members throughout the project lifecycle
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Professional architect license/certification
- 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in CAD software, AutoCAD, and other design applications
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects
