Tanggung Jawab
- Design comprehensive architectural plans and 3D renderings for residential and commercial projects
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies to optimize design solutions
- Prepare detailed construction documentation including drawings, specifications, and material schedules
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure all designs comply with Indonesian building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards
- Develop cost-effective design alternatives while maintaining aesthetic and functional integrity
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders for approval and feedback integration
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from accredited institution
- Minimum 2 years of professional architectural design experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of structural systems, materials science, and sustainable design principles
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Portfolio demonstrating diverse project types and design innovation
- Certification from Arsitek Indonesia (AI) or equivalent professional body preferred
