- Lead and mentor the creative team to ensure high-quality execution of all projects.
- Develop and oversee the conceptualization of multi-channel visual campaigns.
- Collaborate with clients and internal account managers to translate business needs into innovative visual solutions.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and physical assets.
- Manage production timelines, budgets, and creative deliverables from concept to completion.
- Stay ahead of design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
- Present creative concepts to stakeholders and clients with clarity and persuasion.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in an agency environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital design, and multi-platform advertising.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and user-centered design principles.
- Superior leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse personalities.
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
