Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement engaging art lessons aligned with the international curriculum.
- Create a supportive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student creativity.
- Assess student progress through practical projects, exhibitions, and constructive feedback.
- Organize and manage art materials, tools, and studio spaces effectively.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to integrate art across the curriculum.
- Prepare students for art exhibitions and school-wide creative events.
- Mentor students in various artistic techniques, including painting, drawing, and mixed media.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Education, or a related field.
- Teaching certification or valid teaching license (PGMI/PGSD).
- Proven experience teaching art to students in an international or diverse setting is highly preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating artistic proficiency and teaching ability.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for fostering a love for the arts.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
- Proficiency in using digital art tools and software is an advantage.
