- Develop and implement comprehensive art curriculum aligned with educational standards
- Teach diverse art techniques including drawing, painting, sculpture, and digital media
- Assess student progress through portfolio reviews and project evaluations
- Organize student art exhibitions and community art events
- Integrate technology and contemporary art practices into lesson plans
- Collaborate with teaching teams to enhance cross-disciplinary learning
- Maintain art supplies inventory and ensure safe classroom practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or related field
- Teaching certification or formal pedagogical training
- Portfolio demonstrating proficiency in multiple art mediums
- Experience developing age-appropriate art curricula
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills
- Proficiency in digital art tools and technology integration
- Ability to foster inclusive creative environments
- Knowledge of Indonesian art education standards
