Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging visual arts curriculum aligned with international standards
- Instruct students in diverse art techniques (painting, sculpture, digital media, etc.)
- Organize student exhibitions and cultural art events
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Integrate art history and cultural studies into practical lessons
- Manage art supplies and classroom resources efficiently
- Collaborate with other educators on cross-curricular projects
- Participate in school-wide artistic initiatives and community outreach
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or related field
- Teaching certification/license (Indonesian or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience in international school setting
- Strong portfolio demonstrating artistic proficiency
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of contemporary art education methodologies
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to create inclusive, culturally responsive learning environments
