We're seeking an enthusiastic educator to develop engaging art curricula, foster artistic expression, and facilitate collaborative learning experiences. This full-time role combines technical art instruction with innovative facilitation techniques to cultivate students' visual literacy and creative problem-solving skills. You'll work in a dynamic environment where art meets education, helping students discover their unique artistic voices while building a strong foundation in visual arts. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement age-appropriate art curriculum aligned with educational standards
- Teach diverse art techniques including drawing, painting, sculpture, and digital art
- Facilitate collaborative art projects and group creative workshops
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback on artistic development
- Organize student art exhibitions and community art initiatives
- Integrate cultural elements and local heritage into art education
- Maintain art supplies inventory and ensure safe classroom environment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or related field
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience in visual arts education
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse artistic techniques
- Experience facilitating group workshops and collaborative projects
- Certification in education or art education preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Knowledge of contemporary art practices and art history
