Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and deliver structured, high-quality art lessons tailored to various age groups.
- Cultivate a creative, safe, and encouraging classroom atmosphere.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
- Maintain art studio equipment, inventory, and supply cleanliness.
- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative art curriculum modules.
- Manage class logistics, including registration and student attendance.
- Organize student exhibitions and participate in community art outreach programs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Fine Arts, Design, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in teaching art or working with children.
- Strong artistic portfolio demonstrating technical proficiency in various mediums.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage children of different ages.
- Highly organized, energetic, and a self-motivated team player.
- Ability to work on weekends and flexible hours if required.
- Proficiency in classroom management and lesson planning strategies.
