Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/Machine Learning models and algorithms to solve business problems in accounting, finance, and operations.
- Implement scalable and robust software solutions integrating AI components into existing and new platforms.
- Collaborate with domain experts (accountants, auditors) to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation to ensure high performance and accuracy of AI systems.
- Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness across various environments.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and deep learning, evaluating and recommending new technologies.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Troubleshoot and debug AI systems, ensuring their reliability and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an AI Software Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong programming proficiency in Python, including experience with relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, Pandas, NumPy).
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
- Experience with data processing, database technologies (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with software development best practices, including version control (Git), testing, and deployment pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
