Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deliver high-impact training curricula covering AI, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics.
- Translate complex technical concepts into accessible learning modules for both engineering and non-technical business trainees.
- Conduct hands-on workshops, seminars, and laboratory sessions focused on AI model development and data-driven decision-making.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure high standards of learning outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI frameworks, LLMs, and data engineering tools to keep training materials cutting-edge.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to customize training programs based on specific organizational needs.
- Mentor trainees on real-world projects and facilitate collaborative problem-solving sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in teaching or training, specifically in technical or corporate environments.
- Strong technical proficiency in Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and statistical analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Prior experience in designing educational curricula or instructional design is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to diverse trainee skill levels.
